New Barca coach, Pep Guardiola, has stated that Ronaldinho, Eto'o and Deco are not needed in his squad.
Damn, seems a little harsh.
But you know what they say.... one man's trash is another man's treasure.

"Ronaldinho, who has lost his status as the world's best player after a poor season, is currently being courted by Manchester City. AC Milan has shown interest in Eto'o, a three-time African player of the year who has scored 77 league goals in his four seasons with the club. Portugal midfielder Deco could join coach Luiz Felipe Scolari at Chelsea."

They are keeping Rafa and Henry though.

..and apparently robots will beat the humans by the year 2050. Scientists predict that by 2050 scientific advances in robotics will enable them to create a robot team to beat the world champions. I dunno about this...

No World Cup For You! China are out...

At home, the team lost to Iraq by 2x1 in a group 1 match of the Asian World Cup Qualifiers.

At home, the team lost to Iraq by 2x1 in a group 1 match at the Asian World Cup Qualifiers.
With this result, China remained at 3 points in the group and no longer has a chance of qualifying. Iraq on the other hand are still in the fight with 7 points.
In the other group match, Australia jumped to first place with 10 points after defeating Qatar, the second place team with 7 points, by 3x1.

The Magpies are targeting Dutch star Rafael Van Der Vaart, following the Netherlands' superb 4-1 victory over France in their Euro 2008 clash on Friday night.

Newcastle United are targeting Dutch star Rafael Van Der Vaart, following the Netherlands' superb 4-1 victory over France in their Euro 2008 clash on Friday night.
Van Der Vaart currently plays for Bundesliga side Hamburg and has been tipped for a move to the Premier League after the European tournament.

Numerous English clubs have revealed an interest in the player but the Magpies are believed to be leading in the hunt for his services.
But Newcastle may find the competition for his signature too fierce, as the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool have also shown an interest.

New Hamburg manager Martin Jol said about the 25-year-old: "We have to do all we can to keep hold of him. He is one of the best five play-makers in Europe and he dictates the rhythm of Hamburg."

Enter Lil' Wayne's- Tha Carter 3..

Hip Hop's most anticipated album this year.

Brief review, suggested tracks and links to samples after the jump.

I give it a 7.5/10.
It's better than most hip hop albums as of lately, but i have a hard time getting my head around some concepts this dude throws out there.
Check out these tracks though...
1. Mr. Carter Featuring Sean "Jiggaman" Carter (Jay-Z)
2. Dr. Carter.. cool concept song where Wayne resurrects hiphop. Track is here.
3. Lollipop.. although mainstream radio is currently raping this song, its still a good track.
